The role of a Food and Beverage Controller represents a fantastic opportunity for an organised candidate to join a friendly team who will help you progress in a finance role within our group. You will be the central administrator responsible for processing orders and invoices ensuring our Food & Beverage units have the stock they require.With a strong hotel background, the ideal candidate will have experience within all the Finance functions including credit control, accounts payable, commissions and reconciliation. Strong IT skills are a necessity, with experience working with excel, micros and opera (or similar systems).

You will have the know how to perform professional accounting duties including auditing and analysing financial records and reports, preparing financial and statistical reports and reconciling general ledger accounts while ensuring financial controls are operating effectively.
