Are you highly motivated and looking for an opportunity to showcase your talents within a new environment? We have an exciting role within our Holiday Sales Contact Centre where the successful candidate will be instrumental in the design and delivery of our Outbound telephony strategy. Leading a team of around 12 agents, you’ll build and manage your team cultivating a sales culture where our people feel valued, supported and inspired.


You’ll have in-depth knowledge of what makes a great Outbound campaign and know how to get the best out of your people. You will be a strong leader who will successfully manage an outbound sales team, ensuring that effective team performance is achieved and a high quality service is delivered through leading, motivating, coaching and developing of your team. You will be responsible for the day to day management of agents within the operation, working towards set targets and KPIs. You will be heavily involved in the recruitment and retention of agents. Excellent communication skills are a must for this role as is the requirement to focus on detail and quality.


As a Team Manager you will also be responsible for introducing change within the team, creating and continuously improving an environment that supports team performance and culture. You must have the ability to manage absence, disciplinary and other issues regarding the policy framework.


Experience with Salesforce and/or other dialler systems is advantageous to be able to hit the ground running. The ability to analyse data and target specific customer groups depending on business needs is also a key element of this role. There may also be the need to support our Inbound teams when customer demand dictates so being flexible and able to easily adapt is very important.
