Junior Sous looking to make and impact on a small company and hopefully grow into a Head Chef role! (We also potentially have live in)
We currently have 2 site but are hoping for a 3rd soon. This will mean that our management will need well trained staff ready to take over. We are young and enthusiastic and put effort into everything we do. We serve fresh pub food made in house. Chefs can have input in the menu and specials we put on. We often have big fun events and change menus seasonally.
We are therefor looking for someone who feels they are ready to take the step up to being head chef soon and want to make that leap. We will be providing lots of training and you will report directly to the Executive Chef and the Company Director.
We will require at least 2 years Chef experience and someone who clearly demonstrates self motivation and willingness to learn and improve. We will need someone who is ready to try and make a positive impact on our business.
You must have an eye for detail, handle pressure and have great personality. We have a strong team and a great team ethos. 50% discount on all products including alcohol, team events and tip sharing all part of the package.
