Ave Mario, from Big Mamma Group, the team behind Gloria and Circolo Poloare are looking for Runners & Waiters for our incredible new restaurant in Covent Garden.​

We are looking for floor superstars with the ambition to realise their professional path and be part of a big and crazy squadra. Every day we serve around 900 customers with great passion, a big smile and the desire to give them the best time of their day!

The qualities of our best candidates:

• Dynamic, ambitious, determined, team player!
• At least 1 year of experience on the floor.
• Knowledge of Italian language would be a plus.
