We have a position vacant at Talacre Beach Resort for a Chip Shop Assistant!

Talacre Beach Resort is a popular holiday destination committed to providing lasting memories for our guests. We offer a wide variety of facilities on the resort, including a modern chip shop, offering an extensive menu of family favourites.

You will quickly become part of the team within the chip shop and take on a range of day to day responsibilities. These include greeting and serving customers, taking accurate orders, preparing and cooking of the food available within the shop and ensuring all work and customer areas are kept clean, hygienic and tidy.

Due to the customer facing nature of the role, previous experience in this area would be an advantage.

This is a seasonal position until January 2022 to work variable hours.

We have a full time position vacant to work variable hours per week, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

This position is ideal for anyone searching for hospitality or food service roles within Talacre and the surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities -

• Prompt food service to a high standard
• Excellent customer service

• Ensure the cleanliness of all work areas and the shop
• Ensure correct portion sizes and cooking procedures are followed to minimise waste
• Comply with all food hygiene regulations at all times

What experience you will need -

• Similar customer service experience is an advantage

What skills you will need -

• Driving licence and ability to drive is advantageous
