Job Details

Parkdean Resorts are currently seeking a PA to join our business, based at Trecco Bay Holiday Park, to support the Regional Director of Wales and Devon.

Providing a full PA service the successful candidate will –

  • Deal with all correspondence, including email management
  • Organise travel and accommodation
  • Full diary management
  • Social media responses
  • Co-ordinate meetings and events
  • Assist in the preparation of papers, presentations and reports
  • Prepare agendas and the documenting of minutes and action points from meetings
  • Maintain a calendar of key deadlines, monitoring and reporting on delivery against deadlines
  • Prepare expenses returns
  • Maintain correspondence files and permanent information files
  • Field telephone calls
  • Other day to day administrative tasks


The ideal candidate will have –

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Operational background
  • First class written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible and able to operate in a fast moving environment
  • Knowledge and understand of social media
  • IT Literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (primarily Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain good working relationships across the business and with suppliers and advisers
  • Excellent organisational skillsDisciplined at time management
  • Ability to work in pressurised situations
  • Positive, influential and resilient

The successful candidate will have experience of a full PA role at Director level.
