RESPONSIBILITIES

Control and distribution of inbound post to the payroll team·
Printing, sealing and posting payslips
Control of payroll team mailbox
Assist with processing of weekly payroll
Log and respond to queries from colleagues and external bodies in a timely manner in line with team KPI’s
General reporting of key areas
Answering telephones and dealing with customer enquiries
Scanning and photocopying
Filing system
Other general administrative duties as required
