About the Role
Our General Managers are people-focused and are responsible for recruiting, coaching and developing their team. As a leader it is up to you to engage your management team and help them be the best they can be to deliver things in the David Lloyd Leisure way.
They have the ability to see every situation from the members' point of view and will have a natural flair for going above and beyond the expectations of our members.
You will have a natural aptitude for business and will be passionate about our Brand standards and implementing our ways of working. Our clubs revolve around our members and you'll spend every second finding ways to do things better, for them.
Our members have exceptionally high standards, so everything we do is geared towards giving them an outstanding experience every time they visit.
