Are you an experienced and talented Head Chefs who want to take ownership of their kitchen? You will produce amazing food from high quality fresh ingredients whilst leading and developing a strong kitchen team.

The Role
Our Megan's Head Chefs are experienced with high volume, fast paced all day dining environments and are passionate about good food.

• Inspire, maintain and deliver exceptional operational standards
• Build and develop a talented team of chefs
• Work close with the General Manager, taking ownership of the restaurant and accountability for the P&L.

Are you our next Megan's Head Chef?
• You have previous Head Chef experience
• Good knowledge of systems, processes, H&S and Food Hygiene
• You are commercially savvy
