Pastry Chef de Partie - Hampshire

The Pastry Chef de Partie role:

The Pastry Chef de Partie is an integral part of the Pastry Kitchen, serving the Restaurant, Room Service, Banqueting, and all in-house Amenities. This position will work closely with the Pastry Sous Chef and Executive Pastry Chef to supervise and oversee the Pastry Team in the preparation and production of all desserts and pastry items and maintain the smooth running of the operation.

The ideal Pastry Chef de Partie will have:

  • Must have at least 1 years’ experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie
  • A good understanding and practical knowledge of Pastry section
  • Working knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP and COSHH
  • Food Hygiene qualification (CIEH or equivalent)
  • Commitment to teamwork and good communication skills
  • Passion for the Pastry world required!
