A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Spa Therapist to join our team of passionate spa professionals, dedicated to offering our Members a wide range of superior treatments from deep cleansing facials and hot stone massages, to signature pedicures and sumptuous body wraps.  This role will be part-time (16 hours per week) predominantly covering weekends.

Key Accountabilities:

• To deliver the highest standards of wellness treatments and holistic therapies to enhance Member experience, to include facials, massages, nail treatments and waxing services
• To develop a strong product knowledge (Natura Bissé, Bamford) and proactively promote further treatment and appropriate homecare products to enhance Members well-being
• To maintain up to date knowledge of professional best practice and therapy trends

Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Personal Attributes

• Previous experience in a comparable role, ideally within a 5* environment
• Recognised Beauty Therapy qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
• A desire to deliver a first-class Member experience with high levels of attention to detail and personalisation
• Excellent communication skills and an ability and willingness to engage with our Members
