Junior Sous Chef based at The Crown and Cushion, Blackwater, Camberley, Surrey, GU17 9UA
You will have proven experience of working in a high-volume kitchen, managing a small team of Chefs and KPs. A key factor of success will be the ability to lead and motivate the team to consistently produce quality fresh food.
