Second Chef - The Lakes Rookley

We are looking for an experienced Second Chef to join our team at The Lakes Rookley, Showing outstanding leadership and striving for the best in all that they do, the second Chef will have good knowledge and experience of helping leading a busy kitchen.

As a Second Chef you will be responsible for:

• Helping leading the kitchen team, setting an example with high standards of presentation and customer service.
• Display excellent quality control and standards which are embedded within the wider team.
• Display high levels of food control and food safety processes
• Work with senior management to help develop the next seasons menus for roll out across all resorts

Hours: 24 hour week contract

Salary: £10.50 per hour
