Area Gym Manager - West & Central London

Up to £32k plus bonus

Due to the continued growth of the business, I am looking to speak to experienced managers who are looking to step up into an exciting area manager role. 

The role is for motive8, a fast growing, market leading gym design and management company who are looking for a manager who has experience of running leisure facilities to exceptionally high service standards. The area manager would oversee a number of Gym managers and would be tasked with training and developing the team to the highest possible standards with the brand being at the forefront of all that you do. In addition to this some of the areas of core responsibility would be; performance related goal setting, managing budgets and payrolls in line with the business plan, analysing reporting and creating appropriate actions plans and being an on-call support to your managers.

I would be keen to talk to operations managers who hold fitness qualifications, and ideally are already within the health and fitness industry. It would be desirable if you had experience in the 5* market but not essential. The role would be based in south west London/ Surrey for 50% of the week and 50% visiting sites in the London area.
