Restaurant Manager
40 hours per week with a competitive salary plus £1,900 service charge* per year

The Restaurant Manager role:
Our aim is to create distinctly memorable experiences and so we strive to make every meal an occasion for our guests. As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operation within our fine dining restaurant. The 2 AA Rosette Wernher Restaurant offers the finest British cuisine and has been praised for its use of seasonal local produce. Located in the grade-I listed Mansion House within our 1,065 acre estate the restaurant offers an exquisite fine dining experience with delicious food and 5 star service. As Restaurant Manager you will be providing the highest quality of guest service with the aim at all times to exceed expectations, ensure total guest satisfaction, maximize repeat custom and maintain quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our management team.

The Restaurant Manager will:
  • Be able to demonstrate a successful career within restaurants which includes a sound knowledge of Food & Beverage, excellent customer care and management skills
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly organised, passionate and self-motivated
  • Be enthusiastic, customer-focused and be able to work within deadlines
  • Have proven experience of managing a team and the ability to train, develop and motivate people to achieve targets
