Receptionist - THE PIG, Brockenhurst, Hampshire

We are currently seeking a passionate and customer focused Receptionist, to join our front o house team at our flagship hotel THE PIG, Brockenhurst.

When you think of THE PIG you think of the Kitchen Garden and Restaurant, but we do not underestimate the power of the front desk. Here, our friendly team of Receptionists make memorable experiences for all our guests, ensuring that everyone has the tailored experience they deserve.

As Receptionist, you will be playing a key role of the effective running of the front of house service, ensuring all guest are efficiently met, greeted, check in/out and that any administration is completed to a high standard. You must have the eagerness to go the extra mile, focusing on making an excellent first impression and unforgettable experience for all.

Clean presentation and strong communication skills are a must, any similar experience is beneficial, along with knowledge of Opera Fidelio, or other hotel booking systems.
