More about your role

You will be responsible for the management and delivery of a number of key objectives across our busy leisure site. These include driving and retaining membership numbers, financial performance, operational effectiveness, meeting our high health and safety standards and leading your team to provide excellent customer service.

With a well-developed career in leisure, ideally you will be a member of the CIMSPA. A natural leader you will motivate and inspire staff to go the extra mile for our customers. You should have experience of working in a financial results focussed environment and be comfortable reporting operational performance and KPIs to clients.
