WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bags of personality to go with a big smile

• Articulate with the gift of the gab (both verbal and written)

• Lots of energy – really!

• At least 2 years’ experience in a management role

• Ability to manage a productive and commercially successful team

• Enthusiasm for training and personal development of you and your team

• Experience of working with sales targets and cost controlling

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Managing the operation of the floor, while engaging their teams

• Assisting in achievement of sales and profit targets, while controlling costs

• Taking ownership over the floor department with proactive management of the team, including appraisals, performance management, and regular one to ones.

• Creating and planning rotas based on sales forecasts and labour budgets

• Training the team to ensure they are set for success

• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with guests

• Assisting in recruitment

• Following stock control procedures

• Being aware and assisting in compliance – Health and safety at work, COSHH, licensing legislation

WHAT IS BOUNCE?

Bounce has been delivering fun nights out for groups since it launched in 2012 and overnight it turned out we had created an entirely new experiential leisure category. Ping pong remains hugely popular and accessible for all ages and it is best experienced as with friends or colleagues hosted by one of Bounce’s very own Games Gurus.

Bounce also offers its own proprietary tech enabled game, Wonderball, which uses projection mapping technology to create various interactive games, both competitive and collaborative. Wonderball 2.0 is in development and will launch in summer 2021.

We currently have two venues in London, one in Chicago and more planned so if you're a ping pong addict, a fan of amazing cocktails or just love a great night out you should try working for us!
