Would you like the opportunity to identify and drive improvements in Asda customer experience? 

As the Change Manager, Self Service you will own the design and delivery of self serve change activity and journey improvements to drive improvements in the customer experience and increase self-serve capabilities. 

Your Role 

You will lead a cross-functional team to deliver the self-service and customer journey change agenda, enabling sustainable evolution in customer interactions experience. You'll be accountable for leading the design and delivery of self-serve and digital support change activity in the Omnichanncel Customer Support (OCS) function, identifying the key project roadmap needed to deliver the strategy.  

You will own all 'pre-discovery' activity to support change projects; including business case creation, opportunity sizing and benefits tracking and will act as the project sponsor for project change activity; ensuring implemented activity meets the planned objectives. You'll ensure key outcomes are customer based and will ensure that the change programme plan is communicated effectively across the business.
