EXPERIENCED DAY CHEF

Here at The Snowdon, we are counting down the days until we can re-open our doors and start welcoming our customers back.  With this in mind, we are busy putting plans in place and are looking to expand our kitchen team.

The Snowdon is one of the oldest pubs in town.  We offer a great selection of quality cask ales and some great wines, and our daytime offer of bar snacks and platters is a favourite amongst locals and visitors alike helping The Snowdon’s popularity and reputation to continue to grow.

To help strengthen the team, we are now looking for a full time EXPERIENCED DAYTIME CHEF to join our head chef. You will have an input in the designing and planning of our continually evolving dishes, be a reliable team player with bags of enthusiasm and a passion for the industry and have the ability to work on your own to cover the head chefs days off.

PAY

Salary will be £9.75/hr plus tips, company staff discounts and employee benefits.

HOURS OF WORK

Full time - to include bank holiday and weekend work.  As our food offering is only served during the day, you are guaranteed every evening off!

The Snowdon is run by the Stange & Co pub group.  We are an expanding family company that puts our teams first, we realise it’s our teams and their hard work that make our pubs successful and we like to look after our teams and reward them for their hard work.  We don’t open for food on Christmas Day, so you’ll be able to enjoy it with your family! Even the odd weekend off now and then, isn’t out the question.
