Salary: £19,000 - £21,000 depending on experience + Commission

Reporting to: Club Manager

About the opportunity

We are looking for a naturally proactive and polished individual who can generate fresh leads and convert them into membership sales. You will have an outgoing personality and be extremely confident in face-to-face meetings and on the telephone. You will be responsible for converting the new leads into appointments, and then closing the sale, working towards achieving challenging daily targets.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a wealth of experience in sales in the fitness industry and, in particular, is able to generate leads through prospecting. 
• Has a natural sales ability and prides themselves on selling with integrity.
• Is organised – you are able to keep on top of your leads and follow up.
• Is target driven with a desire and passion to exceed targets.
• Is energetic, proactive with a positive outlook and a 'can-do' attitude.
• Is excited to work closely with the club manager, owner and the rest of the team at Anytime Fitness Greenwich.
• Is approachable and able to make prospective and existing members feel at ease.
• Is personable with a sense of humour, even under pressure!
