Oakman Inns are seeking to recruit vibrant and friendly Bar Team Members to join our bar team at our stylish and popular venue; The Anchor in Hullbridge.

With its stunning waterfront location overlooking the River Crouch, The Anchor situated in the unspoilt village of Hullbridge offers the perfect tranquil destination to unwind and relax with friends and family. Set deep in the heart of the charming Essex countryside and surrounded by acres of green belt farmland and a nature reserve, The Anchor boasts spectacular views of the river and undulating hills from its beautiful gardens and is the perfect position for a spot of al fresco dining on the large decked terraces.

Our teams are pivotal to our success. We provide training and development to ensure you not only deliver great guest service but also develop interpersonal and craft skills.

Our Bar Teams deliver an excellent guest experience and delight our guests with their barista and cocktail skills.

Ideally you may have worked in a restaurant or bar previously and have barista experience and simply love providing great service.
