We are seeking a Park Manager to look after the day-to-day operations at our Aberafon  Holiday Park situated on the beautiful Llyn Peninsula in North Wales. A starting salary from £21,000 per annum along with accommodation on the park is on offer to the successful applicant.

The successful Park Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our park, ensuring it is presented and kept to the highest possible standard all while bringing JOY to our owners. As well as the day-to-day role you will also work with our Outer Parks General Manager and the Outer Parks Management team to deliver JOY across our Holiday Parks and Resorts.

To be considered for this excellent opportunity you should:

  • Hold a valid full UK driving licence.
  • Enjoy working with people as well as working outdoors.
  • Have an ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Have good administrative skills.
  • Be computer literate.

Previous experience of Leadership, Management and Customer Service is preferable, however having values around being determined, authentic along with being able to change within your environment while being focused on our people, are the qualities required. The successful Park Manager will be expected to live on Park working 42.5 hours per week over 5 days including weekends and Bank Holidays.
