You will have overall system ownership - the "Product Owner" of Workfront. You will be implementing,  setting and maintaining a 1-3yr systems strategy/roadmap for the delivery and development of Workfront. Working collaboratively with colleagues in Customer Function, and agency partners to ensure the system is developed according to business needs,  strategic goals and reflects our customer strategy through 2021 and as it evolves in the future 

Your role 

You'll be creating and maintaining a governance structure to manage cross-functional teams, making sure roles and responsibilities are clear and that resource is in place from each team within the Customer function, through to managing local administration, operational issues and risks, training, testing and information integrity.   

Working with ISD and other stakeholders, you'll need to keep up to date with market developments and best practice in marketing operations, product information, workflow, integration and content management systems 

Continuous improvement and innovation will be key in this role - working with stakeholders to resolve business problems/opportunities through a blend of system development, training, communication, reporting and process change 

About You 

Experience as a product owner specifically if Workfront Strong change management and implementation experience Passion for continuous improvement Ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level. Credible and impactful both with the senior leadership team as well as core users Customer-focused Excellent Communication/Interpersonal Skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention detail to detail and proven ability to manage competing priorities simultaneouslyExperience of full project lifecycle - analysis, design, and implementation
