Our Megan's Junior Sous Chefs are experienced with high volume, fast paced all day dining environments and are passionate about good food. You will be producing amazing food from high quality fresh ingredients whilst leading and developing a strong kitchen team.

• Inspire, maintain and deliver exceptional operational standards
• Build and develop a talented team of chefs
• Work close with the lead Chef to lead the kitchen team to deliver great food/

Are you our next Megan's Sous Chef?

• You have previous Sous Chef experience
• Good knowledge of systems, processes, H&S and Food Hygiene
• You are commercially savvy
