Talented Sous Chefs looking for career development – Megan’s is the place for you. Work with your Head Chef to take ownership of your kitchen. You will be producing amazing food from high quality fresh ingredients whilst leading and developing a strong kitchen team.

The Role
Our Megan's Sous Chefs are experienced with high volume, fast paced all day dining environments and are passionate about good food.
• Inspire, maintain and deliver exceptional operational standards
• Build and develop a talented team of chefs
• Work close with the lead Chef to lead the kitchen team to deliver great food/

Are you our next Megan's Sous Chef?
• You have previous Sous Chef experience
• Good knowledge of systems, processes, H&S and Food Hygiene
• You are commercially savvy
