H&W Bath - An Iconic Bar & Restaurant Hall & Woodhouse is the Dorset based brewer that owns and operates 190 high quality pub restaurants and hotels throughout the south and west of England. As part of a significant financial investment in our flagship site Hall and Woodhouse Bath, we are searching for an experienced Head Chef with excellent leadership skills to work together with the General Manager to ensure the business exceeds its financial, guest focused and team development aspirations.

As Head Chef at H&W Bath - you will be:

• Leading a team of up to 10
• Heading the catering operation for 400+ covers over 3 floors, including a roof terrace - all in the heart of the city of Bath
• Working collaboratively to develop the food offer to suit the changing marketplace
