You will become part of our newly established Production 368 Team and work on various campaigns throughout the year, including working closely with our creative agency, production partners and stakeholders to execute and deliver memorable, impactful, creative output for TV, Content and Radio.  This unique opportunity will see you join a team that is stepping away from the industry norm, doing all commercial production in house for the first time.

You will be part of a cross-functional team, so you will have a strong teamwork ethic, enjoy developing working relationships that deliver business objectives and drive smart production values and efficiencies.  The role is fun, varied and fast-paced.

Your role

You will be a key part of the production process working closely with the wider team to deliver creative assets constantly striving for excellence. You will be an active part of all aspects of pre and post-production process working closely with the creative agency and production partners to deliver quality content in an efficient way.  You will work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders as well as working with the wider team to ensure all productions are delivered on time, on brief and on budget.

You will be the main point of contact for samples and product, working with colleagues across trading and supply chain to aid the smooth running of all productions.  You will manage pre-production meetings including working closely with creative teams on briefs. 

Travel will be an important part of your role as, you will attend shoots and ensure the efficient running of productions as well as being responsible for sustainability whilst on set. 

About You

• You will have production and agency management experience.
• You must be able to manage and prioritise large and fast-paced and varied projects, whilst staying positive, and thinking creatively.
• You are a team player with excellent cross-functional working abilities.
• You will preferably have budgeting experience.
