With big expansions plans for 2021, we are looking recruit a Teppanyaki Chef  with a creative flair  to be part of Ginza - a contemporary Pan-Asian restaurant located in St James, London.

Responsibilities:

-  Creating and preparing complex Teppanyaki dishes

-  Advanced knife skills with meticulous attention for detail

- Compliance with all food and health and safety legislation

- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team

Requirements:

- Full knowledge background in Asian cuisine (South East Asia, China and Japan)

- Great personality and drive

- Motivation and passion

- Ability to deliver fresh food to high standards in timely manner

- Experience in similar position

- Have the right to work in the UK

- Application for Settled Status must be in progress or already granted/given from the UK government
