With big expansions plans for 2021, we are looking for Sushi Chef with real drive, passion, and commitment to be part of Ginza - a contemporary Pan-Asian restaurant located in St James, London.

Responsibilities:

-  A creative background in Asian cuisine (South East Asia, China and Japan)

-  Creating and preparing all types of sushi, including nigiri, maki, and sashimi

-  Advanced knife skills with meticulous attention for detail

- Compliance with all food and health and safety legislation

- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team

Requirements:

- Great personality and drive

- Motivation and passion

- Ability to deliver fresh food to high standards in timely manner

- Experience in similar position

- Eligibility to live and work in UK

- Application for Settled Status must be in progress or already granted/given from the UK government
