KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

BUSINESS

• Drives shop floor service to achieve the store sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Ensures that the sales objectives are achieved by ensuring they are inspired and motivated.
• Be constantly up-to-date on trend 

CUSTOMER

• Proactively delivers exceptional customer service, maximizing sales opportunities in order to achieve store sales target and KPIs.
• Build a client list by developing and maintaining solid Client relationships.
• Develop client relationships through an individual approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools.

TEAM        

• Work with other team members to ensure a high level of product knowledge, sales techniques, customer services and company procedures.
•  

RETAIL

• Build an in-depth product knowledge wıthın the department, working wıth the relevant functions within the Nicce Store. Actively understanding and promoting product via brand knowledge ..
• Provıde  customers with  great customer service and focused suggestions on products
• Ensure excellent vısual presentatıon of the shop floor through daily cleaning and presentation standards
• Ensure effective and efficient back-of-house organization for the store (stock room space) and be jointly responsible with other team members for the protection of the company’s assets as well as the staff grooming standards to be ensured.

FINANCIAL

• Ensure Cash Handling and EPOS procedures are adhered to at all times
• Daily cash takings are recorded in the banking book at the end of each day
• Banking book and recorded takings are locked in the safe at the end of each day
• Screen shot of takings taken on the Ipad on Shopify program at the end of each day and emailed to finance.
