We are currently seeking a Fryer to join the team within the Fish & Chip Shop At Challaborough Bay.

This is a seasonal opportunity with an immediate start available.

Reporting to the Fish & Chip Shop Manager, you will support in:

• Taking a ‘hands on’ role in the production of menu items during service
• Ensure the quality of the food production and presentation is maintained to company standard
• Working on the ‘front line’ and supporting with prep production. 
• Ensuring that the standards of cooking, presentation and service are implemented to a high standard
• Ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to including health and safety, hygiene and cleanliness

The successful person will have:

• Previous experience in a busy fast paced Kitchen/Chip shop
• Strong communication skills
• Previous experience woking in a customer service role
