Sales Supervisor​ – Harpenden Leisure Centre

• Full Time - 39 Hours P.W
• £18,000 - £25,000 (incl OTE)

THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity to join the 1Life team, to help launch a fantastic new £20m Leisure Centre in the highly desirable area of Harpenden.

The successful applicant must have the determination and ability to deliver great sales results, whilst maintaining a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. They will play a vital part in the success of the new Leisure facility and will be integral part of the whole staff team. They will be comfortable dealing with high rates of inbound enquires over the phone and face to face, excellent organisational and communication skills are a must for this role.

JOB PURPOSE

• To lead the Pre-Sales for the launch of the newly refurbished Leisure Centre
• To exceed all site and personal membership sales targets
• Assist the customer in making the best decision for them

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Undertake the daily responsibility for all the companies’ sales policies and procedures. These include:

• Lead generation plan concept and execution
• Effective & efficient use of CRM system
• Following up Sales leads and booking appointments 
• Conducting tours of the new Leisure Centre on an appointment basis
• Enjoys achieving Sales targets including Calls, Appointments and Sign-ups

2. To achieve/exceed all personal sales targets set for both unit sales and Joining Fee, pro rata, 1Life APP downloads, POS referrals & CRM compliance.

3. To assist the team in achieving the overall target for the site
