We have an opportunity for a Stores Person to join our team at L'Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa in Jersey for the summear season from the end of April through to the end of October 2021.
We are offering an end of season bonus of £500 if you fulfil the seasonal contract.
The Stores person is responsible for overseeing all Hotel cellar and stores deliveries and stock ensuring items are stored correctly. This role involves working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager, Executive Head Chef and Housekeeping Manager as well as our Finance team.
Live in accommodation is offered with this role for just £44.50 per week all inclusive of meals and bills.

What's in it for you?
- To be responsible for all Cellar items that is delivered from suppliers.
- To check & sign off such deliveries, reporting and dealing with any variances
- To be responsible for Organising, Stamping and storing correctly all items that arrive to the Cellar.
- To ensure all liquor delivery notes and hotel liquor requisitions are line entered into the computer liquor stocktake software.
- To ensure that supplies are ready for the relevant departments when required via requisition slips.
- To deliver to departments relevant items, in particular liquor, stationery, guest supplies
- To ensure that the supplies are properly stacked and sorted so that any damaged items are taken out of circulation and if appropriate returned to the supplier accordingly.
- To regularly review par stock levels and re-order items as necessary.
- To make up supplier orders and order with suppliers as necessary cellar items, in particular Liquor, Cleaning supplies, Housekeeping supplies, Stationery, Spa water & guest supplies, 1st aid & safety supplies, gas supplies
- To ensure that a monthly stock take is carried out with the external stock-taker on all liquor items in the cellar
- £500 end of season bonus if you stay until the agreed end of contract date
