Would you like the opportunity to drive innovation across one of the UK's largest retailers?

Here at Asda, it's not just costs we want to reduce for our customers; we want to drive innovation through compelling ranges that are deployed in the most cost-effective way. That's why merchandising is such an important part of our business. We require a Merchandising Analyst to join our Food team and assist us with developing our world class product layout in our stores. In return you will get to work on innovation projects for new modular kits, in award-winning teams. Work with the latest technology in Merchandising, whilst having access to work in our Merchandising Centre of Excellence.

Your Role

You will work closely with our buying, supply and development teams to build these strategies and land the merchandising briefs in store, assisting us to maximise space and drive sales by applying learnings about seasonality, trends, and our customers and how they shop in our stores.

You will ensure new projects and initiatives land right first time, every time, and provide our customers with a great range which gives them a reason to shop with us across all store formats. You'll get to use your creative side by being part of the design layouts of our famous ASDA Stores, and will have the opportunity to present your ideas to a range of stakeholders across the business.

 About You

  • Natural Ability to communicate insight data using a variety of presentation techniques

You will also get an excellent benefits package including;-

  • Discretionary company bonus
  • Company pension up to 7% matched
  • 10% colleague discount, free parking and many additional rewards.

We want all colleagues to be able to bring their best and true selves to work, every day. Simply put, we want our colleagues to be Proud to be Asda and proud to be themselves.
