Sous Chef required for Heather Farm Cafe, Horsell, Woking, GU21 4XY
Flexible shifts - earliest start 7.30am currently, finished by 6pm if on a late start - must be able to work one weekend day - no late nights
Up to £10 an hour
You will have proven experience of working in a fresh food kitchen, managing a small team of Chefs and KPs. This job would also suit an ambitious Junior Sous looking for career development. A key factor of success will be the ability to lead and motivate the team to consistently produce quality fresh food to spec.
