Head Receptionist - Maternity Cover

Up to £25,000 per annum plus service charge and excellent benefits

This starts with the amazing Guest Relations Team who act as the face of the hotel and ensure everyone receives a warm welcome, setting the standards for their stay.

To manage and lead the reception team you will have:

• Previous experience managing a reception team
• Exceptional level of customer service
• OPERA experience is highly desirable
