Athelis Club and Spa are looking to appoint an experienced Leisure Operations Manager to help drive the business forward.

The successful candidate will play a huge role in the day to day operations of the large club which includes extensive gym, indoor and outdoor pools, thermal suite and 5 studios.

We are looking for someone ideally with experience in a similar setting who can deliver 5 star service to our members whilst contributing to the growth of the business across multiple areas. The candidate should have experience of running a large Health Club, be confident in the management of pools and have knowledge of club operations including studio timetables.

We are looking for a highly organised individual with exceptional attention to detail who can work in an extremely fast paced environment under pressure.
