Country Club General Assistant - Wych Cross

£ 9,780 per annum plus Service Charge

An opportunity to be part of the team at our newly refurbished Country Club providing support to the Salon and Leisure teams ensuring excellent levels of customer service at all times.

The Country Club General Assistant role:

Primarily you will be providing support across the functions at the country club ensuring all guest areas are clean, tidy and ready for guest use. It is a varied role, welcoming and looking after hotel residents, private members and day visitors to the Club. We seek to provide a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests and members. You will help with reception duties, including answering the telephone, checking in visitors and advising on Health Club services as well as directing guests to changing rooms, relaxation room, the forest brasserie or treatment areas.

Due to our rural location you will need your own transport.

The Country Club Assistant will:

• Have a good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
• Love what they do and possess the ability to work well under pressure.
• Possess a 'can do' attitude, attention to detail and be able to use their own initiative.
• Have enthusiasm and a desire to learn, "service with a smile" is a must.
