Oakman Inns are seeking to recruit a passionate and dedicated Head Chef for our fantastic venue, The Betsy Wynne in Swanbourne

If you have previous Head Chef experience, a strong team approach, a real passion for delivering service excellence, and the strong desire to work within a progressive and expanding company – then we want to hear from you now!

All our dishes are made on site using the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, whilst our suppliers are required to pass our sustainability criteria in order to supply to our businesses. Mediterranean cuisine has a big influence on our cooking, as do the fantastic ingredients sourced from local areas.

Our Head Chefs at Oakman Inns have the opportunity to be innovative and creative with a daily specials menu. This provides our Head Chefs with the opportunity to use their existing skills whilst also building new ones. You will also love a little theatre, as all our kitchens are open to our restaurants, where we serve great, fresh food all day long.
