Grill Chef - Sittingbourne

The Opportunity

We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Grill Chef to join the team and open the kitchen for our brand-new 300 cover open plan sharing style dining concept, which includes Pittsburger – our gourmet burger concession & Fratelli’s – our American/Italian pizza concession. Working closely with the General Management team, you will have a hands-on role in the opening of the Kitchen, with the opportunity to shape and drive the success of our new concept food offering onsite, giving your future growth opportunities as the business expands.  

What we are looking for

• Ideally 2+ years previous experience as a Grill Chef working within a busy fast paced environment in the Leisure and/or Hospitality Industry, whilst delivering outstanding food quality for our street food style concept.
• Confident in menu innovation – creating monthly specials and developing our amazing gourmet burgers & hotdogs
• Ideally you have experience in opening kitchens or working as part of a new site launch team
• Understanding of local market food trends
• Confident in a guest facing position
• Flexible to work in shifts including weekends and late evenings
