Demi Chef de Partie - Lime Wood, Lyndhurst, Hampshire

We are currently looking for a Demi Chef de Partie who is as enthusiastic about modern British food as we are. This is an opportunity for a Demi Chef de Partie to work alongside Luke Holder and Angela Hartnett in delivering exceptional dining experiences of Hartnett Holder & Co, within the award-winning five-star Lime Wood Hotel.

A Demi Chef de Partie role at Lime Wood is like no other. You will be working with a menu dedicated to high quality, fresh produce, whilst supporting the Chef de Partie and having the opportunity to be involved with all areas of the kitchen. As Demi Chef de Partie you will be hands-on, learning new skills whilst being provided the knowledge and progression opportunities to develop your career within the kitchen. This role will suit a passionate, self-motivated individual who will thrive off delivering a high standard of service within a lively team.

At Lime Wood, you will have the benefit of working 3.5-day weeks, based on full-time hours in addition to being provided your schedule up to 3 months in advance!
