Digital Marketer - South Bank, London Waterloo

(Part-Time, £25k - £32k pro rata)

For the past 10 years or so, Mamuśka! Polish Kitchen and Bar has relied on word of mouth about our food, drink and service to bring in the customers. And for the most part, we are very happy with the strong organic growth we achieved by focusing on these core deliverables. 

That said, when we expanded from 50 seats to 250, we really needed to 'up your game' to reach a broader market and fill those additional seats. As things stand, this unique and friendly restaurant (as well as our night-time bar and private-hire space The Platform at Mamuśka!) has an amazing offering but in 2019 was largely under utilised.

But you are going to help us fix that.

Mamuska Restaurants Limited is looking for a data-driven digital marketer able to exploit the digital habits of our various target markets to ensure they know where we are and the amazing experiences we offer. You will work with the Founder and Managing Director and the rest of the senior management team to develop the Digital Marketing Plan, but you will be the star who delivers that plan. The ideal candidate is therefore both self-motivated and a positive team player. 

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute our social media campaign, with a focus on tags and interests to focus in on our customers and potential customers.
  • Develop and manage website content, implementing SEO and pixel programs that allow us to repeat successful campaigns, and ensuring that social media content is duplicated on the website.
  • Manage our online menus, with particular attention to using the appropriate photography and tags to cross-pollinate with social media and drive both online and instore sales. 
  • With input from the FOH team, create content that will allow you to test various tones and subject matters, and building up a knowledge base upon which the Company can build. 
  • Utilise and tie together tools including social media, website, loyalty, email, in-house screen management, online menus, MAC recognition and other new techniques to substantially increase visits to the restaurant and bookings of The Platform space.

  • 1+ year of digital marketing in hospitality
