What will you be doing?  

As a qualified Watersports Instructor, you’ll get to work at an award winning park that not only is used for leisure activities but also is crucial to the supply of water to Anglian Water’s millions of customers.

The watersports centre offers sailing, windsurfing, rowing and paddle boarding. We offer a fun filled day out for beginners to experts, as well as group tuition for school groups and corporate events.

We need you to work alongside your colleagues to ensure an efficient, safe and profitable service. You’ll provide excellent customer service and put your all in to every day when guiding and instructing our visitors during their activity, providing one to one and group tuition. You’ll help to maintain equipment and get involved in training seasonal staff.

What do you need?  

It’s essential that you have a RYA instructor qualification.  Ideally you’ll have experience in a similar environment, assisting people of all ages and abilities.

We are open all year round, and we have extended opening during the summer. You’ll need a flexible approach to working hours and be willing to work in all weathers!
