Please note: Due to the current restrictions/ national lockdown, THE PIG at Combe is currently closed. Face to face interviews and trial shifts will take place when it is allowed & safe to do so. We are currently receiving open applications for Bartenders & Bar Staff to join our dedicated and passionate Food & Beverage team at one of the most exciting and award-winning hotel and restaurant groups in the UK.
Our bars at THE PIG’s are unique! We smash, muddle, blend, shake and throw our way to making our guests the perfect drink. All of our cocktails are designed with the Kitchen Garden in mind. This provides all of the essential ingredients to infuse our Chase Distillery and locally sourced spirits. Our vodkas are infused by the herbs, flowers and berries from the kitchen garden, bacon is added to our bourbon and caramel to our rum. There is no limit to what we can do and this all comes from the creative minds of our bar team.
As a Bartender/ Staff you will be required support the day to day running of the bar by ensuring a creative service is provided to our all. You will be required to maintain the bar, making sure it’s clean and presentable at all times. A genuine interest in growing your beverage knowledge is essential along with the passion towards keeping up with current trends.
Previous experience as a Bartender/Staff, or within a similar role is essential, along with the knowledge of classic cocktails and skills of mixing modern twists. You will need to be flexible with working hours, covering some evenings and weekends.
