We are seeking a committed and experienced Payroll Administrator who understands end to end payroll who can hit the ground running and has a strong understanding of the Furlough scheme. Initially the role will be on a 6-7-month contract basis working from home with the view to go permanent for the right candidate. Reporting to the Payroll manager within the finance team and working closely with the wider HR team to ensure accuracy in all elements of furlough calculations, claims and administration.
Supporting the processing of payroll
Assisting with data entry
Dealing with the JRS/Furlough scheme calculations, processing and auditing previous claims.
Advising and updating on furlough legislation within the payroll HR and finance team
Various administrative duties including employee payroll queries
Dealing with queries regarding tax, benefits, etc.
Processing pensions and dealing with any pension queries.
