Bar and Catering Franchise Opportunity - 

Theydon Bois Golf Club

Long established private members’ golf club with 350 members seeks innovative, service led bar and catering franchisee. 

The club is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week as well as serving a host of regular functions and events throughout the year where up to 120 will attend.

The club will provide:

* Fully fitted professional kitchen and bar
* Comprehensive marketing support

*Please note that on-site/any accommodation is not available with this role

The successful candidate(s) will:

* Be passionate about food and customer service
* Develop all standard menus plus bespoke menus to cater for a broad range of events from buffets to fine dining
* Create new themed and event based dining experiences
* Engage in regular customer service feedback processes
* Have at least 2 years experience as head chef or similar (previous club based role preferred but not essential)
* Be fully conversant in latest food hygiene, H&S, COSHH and Covid-19 regulations 

The franchisee can be sole trader, partnership or a Limited Company.
