Chip Shop Supervisor - Holywell

Chip Shop Supervisor required at Talacre Beach Resort. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a key role to join our busy team at our five star venue in North Wales.

This popular resort is home to a range of modern facilities including a bar, restaurant, entertainment area open to guests and an onsite shop and fish and chip shop open to members of the public.

The Fish and Chip Shop offers a variety of options to suit all tastes. It is set within an extensive retail complex with high volume turnover. You will work with the team to ensure all preparation and procedure, portion control and waste management is managed in line with the company's high standards.

You will ensure customer service is to a high standard, and all customers are given a friendly reception. Alongside this you will ensure the shop is clean and tidy at all times, with all work surfaces clear of any debris.

This is a seasonal position until January 2022 to work variable hours including weekends and bank holidays.

• Ensure consistent and prompt preparation and food service
• Ensure effective stock rotation

What experience you will need

• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage

What skills you will need

• Driving licence and ability to drive is advantageous due to location of the park
• Strong communication skills are essential
• Positive work ethic with willingness to learn
