What you need to know about the role...

The Customer Marketing Executive will assist with the development and deployment of the full end-to-end email and SMS marketing activity for The Gym Group.

The Marketing Executive will work closely with the Customer Marketing Manager and a number of supporting outsourced agencies as well as our network of Regional Gym Managers within our Operations team, in order to deliver highly targeted and relevant campaigns to our membership base.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to learn and develop a broad range of direct marketing and CRM skills and gain hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, the market leader in CRM technology. We'd love you to grow the with business and we'll support you in achieving your goals.

As Customer Marketing Executive you will:

• Manage the end-to-end email and SMS campaign fulfilment processes
• Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver solus and fully automated email and SMS campaigns.
• Amend emails using existing and new HMTL templates.
• Carry out regular reviews of campaign performance including reporting upwards; identifying gaps and opportunities.
• Routinely monitor and report on competitor activity.
