Activity Supervisor - Holiday Villages Resorts - Europe

We are looking for talented, personable and dynamic Activity Supervisors, who have a vast amount of experience working with diverse teams and with young people, to join our team at TUI Holiday Villages in the following resorts 
 
Holiday Villages Costa Del Sol 
Holiday Villages Ibiza 
Holiday Villages Lanzarote 
Holiday Villages Majorca 
Holiday Villages Kos 
Holiday Villages Cyprus 
Holiday Villages Rhodes 

You would be responsible for:

• Assisting the Activity Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of all Holiday Village childcare programmes, ensuring the highest of standards.   
• Maintain excellent relationship with staff team, supporting their development and enhancing their performance. 
• Oversee administration responsibilities including, but not limited to, scheduling, staff evaluation and reporting 
• Inspect all aspects of the complex activities programme to ensure that health and safety of all operations is consistently at the highest standard.  
• Set programme standards by showcasing excellent child engagement skills, parent engagement and exceeding guest expectations.     
• All training will be provided by our specialized team at ted. 

 
This position is estimated to begin in April 2021, depending on the opening dates of the resort. The initial contract will be established until October 31, 2021, depending on the closing dates of the resort. 
 
Flights, accommodation, uniform and medical insurance are all included. 

• Degree relevant to education or childcare is beneficial  

Must have:

• Minimum 2 years’ working with young people 
• Experience of supervising and/or working in a diverse team   
• Experience of working in the holiday industry and the ability to deliver excellent customer service 
• Member of the EU
